Freehold

Midhurst is a very good-size detached bungalow originally built, we understand, in the 1950's and extended and modified in more recent years to create wonderful open-plan living space which opens directly onto the large garden. It provides some 1,243 sq ft of accommodation briefly comprising an entrance hall, two bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom, the other with an en suite WC, a kitchen/breakfast room with a good range of fitted units and equipped with electric double oven and hob, a separate larder cupboard and plumbing for a washing machine.
